Noureen DeWulf was born on February 28 1984 at New York City. The actress was always fascinated by becoming an actress. She started building the foundations of her career when she was a student at the Boston University School of the Arts. Noureen was a part-time auditioner for various roles right after graduation. In 2005, she was cast as a key character in the movie West Bank Story. West Bank Story premiered at the 2005 Sundance Film Festival and was also screened at other festivals all over the world. Furthermore it won an Oscar in the category of Best Live Action Short Film during the 2007 79th Academy Awards. The film paved the path for Noureen DeWulf's subsequent successes.
