Allison Pregler Bio

Allison Pregler has a similar style to The Cinema Snob, but she is more inclined towards obsessively watching dumb action films. After getting some attention on the forums on Channel Awesome (under her previous handle Obscurus Lupa) and began her review in late 2009. She remained part of the site from January until the beginning of 2015 after which Obscurus Lupa Presents changed into Movie Nights. She co-hosts two podcasts that are about the Charmed franchise. After a controversial departure from Channel Awesome Allison officially announced on January 20th 2015 that she'd be revamping OLP into an impromptu review show called Movie Nights with an appropriately-shlocky elevator jazz theme. Brad Jones starred her in Jesus Bro! The appearances she made on Midnight Screenings were usually reviews of terrible films for kids or RiffTrax, but also some adult-oriented comedy. She began reviewing films late in 2009. After gaining fame on Channel Awesome forums, she was invited into the Reviewer family. She has appeared in countless Channel Awesome series, from Atop the Fourth Wall through Phelous & the Movies. She has been a part the team of Channel Awesome along with Doug Walker.
